Hey, I think you'd appreciate my blog, http://wandermonster.com Every day of school, from kindergarten through second grade, I have sent my son off with a sticky note fixed to the inside lid of his lunchbox. Each of these little pieces of colored paper bears a half-completed drawing and a half-written story. I anxiously await picking him up after school to see how he finishes these miniature comics. We’ll continue posting them here at Wandermonster as long as we keep making them. If you want to know more this interview should do the trick: http://getdaddysomegin.com/?p=274

I have just published an article on creative parenting in the July issue of How Magazine: http://prattcomd.com/blog/2011/6/prof-rob-kimmel-published-july-2011-issue-how-magazine/

and we were featured as a "Modern Dad" for Ohdeedad Week on Apartment Therapy's Ohdeedah blog:

Anyway - i know you sometimes do product reviews and I would like to connect with you to see if you would be interested in one (paying, but the review is 100% your thoughts/opinions.)

Hmmm, How about "The Office"? Some days, I feel like we're the normal ones surrounded by oddballs. Other days, I wonder...

Or maybe "America's Worst Cooks"? Will we be the ones thrown off the show for imcompetence, or will we fool the critics into thinking we actually know what we are doing? And would being off the show actually be that bad?

lol. Twin Peaks, good one! Yep, parenting sure can be surreal sometimes! And M*A*S*H - yes, feels like that - the family needs to function as one unit in order to survive! Thx for the message.

Twin Peaks--first season, where everything was very weird and quirky and amusing...yet still vaguely threatening around the dark edges!

Well, ok, so that's one way to see it. Another would be M*A*S*H, where there's a similar feel to your Lost comparison, but where the bonds cemented by mutual struggle and survival become stronger than anyone could ever have expected.
